Based in the heart of Greenwich Market lies Miss Libby Rose described perfectly as the pioneer of a new movement within fashion circles. Libby Rose has been designing and creating beautiful garments even since she was a child, educated in the art of fashion and design by her mother and sisters. Libby is no stranger to the scene, previously being involved within the burlesque community and holding successful workshops at ‘Duckie’ with the fabulous Amy Lame.

The most exciting and unique thing about Libby Rose designs are the fact that they are not just a celebration of beautiful clothes, but a celebration of woman and femininity “All women want to feel beautiful from the inside, my garments help to empower women from within and through this empowerment they have a more creative and positive outlook on life” added Libby Rose.

Libby has created many unique designs, the most noted her ‘wiggle skirt’ a cleverly designed high-waisted reversible pencil skirt which causes its wearers to ‘wiggle’ in a sensual Marilyn Monroe ‘Some Like It Hot’ style ,when accompanied by her figure hugging corseted waistcoats  created the most glamorous of silhouettes . Also her range of ‘Fancy Pants’ and seductive lingerie are a huge success, securing her a plethora of repeat customers.

Libby also runs many evening workshops, Tuesday nights are ‘Absolute Beginners Night’ where people can come along and learn how to use a sewing machine and walk away with a purse, a bag, a cushion, something they can be proud of making.
